Shipping destinations and charges

We offer free standard shipping to the destinations currently available at checkout. Availability depends on your delivery address. Orders are fulfilled by our fulfillment partner and shipped directly to you.

Processing and delivery estimates

Order processing and shipping transit are separate stages. Our fulfillment partner generally processes orders within 1–3 business days after fulfillment is submitted; processing may take up to 5 business days during peak periods. Stock or other exceptional delays may take longer, and we will contact you if your order is affected.

Shipping time varies by destination and service. Any delivery estimate shown for your address at checkout should be read together with its stated processing information. An average shipping time is not a guaranteed delivery date. Customs checks, public holidays and seasonal demand can affect arrival times. We do not guarantee Christmas delivery unless an express guarantee is stated for your order.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we will send tracking information by email. Tracking updates may take a few days to appear.

Address changes

Please check your address carefully before placing an order. Contact us promptly through our Contact page if a correction is needed. We will try to help, but changes may not be possible once processing or shipping has begun.

Delayed, missing or damaged orders

Contact us through our Contact page with your order number if your order is late, missing or damaged. We will investigate with the fulfillment partner or carrier and provide the remedy required by applicable law. If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will notify you and obtain any required consent to a revised timeframe or provide the required refund. Supplier claim deadlines do not limit your statutory rights.

Taxes and import charges

Applicable taxes and any import charges collected by us are shown before you complete checkout. For any international destination we make available, we will disclose whether additional duties, import taxes or carrier clearance fees may be payable on delivery. Nothing in this policy transfers to you a tax obligation that the law places on us.
